The hosts are fantastic. Responsive and happy to respond to any questions, a welcome pack is provided full of local recommendations and information on how to work appliances/anything you may need to know. The hosts check in regularly throughout your stay.
Check in was smooth, instructions were very clear and accommodation is easy to find. The house was spotless and had a very welcoming, homely feel when we arrived.
The accommodation has everything you may need. The kitchen is fully equipped for making family meals: herbs & spices and added extras like foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid. We really appreciated the extra touches of lovely toiletries available and games for us to play as a family.
Overall, the accommodation was very clean and cosy and was the perfect stay for our family. We look forward to returning for another stay! 🙂

WOW! The first words that came out of my mouth as soon as we walked into the property. Absolutely stunning decor, impeccably clean and well equipped. The hosts really have thought of every single detail.
Check in was so smooth and easy and the hosts were very flexible which we greatly appreciated. We had plans to go out for dinner but due to the rain we stayed in for the evening and had a great time in this beautiful home! I'd definitely book again and highly recommend it to others

A great place with modern finish. Really comfy bedrooms and beautifully decorated. The area is generally very quiet with great coffee shops and restaurants within a ten minute walk. I really enjoyed my stay here and looking forward to coming again when in Manchester. The host is super helpful and very accommodating to outside the box requests.

Excellent location for everything you’ll need. Fantastic views over the city and the sunset. The balcony is a great win as is the secure and easy parking. Curtis was super responsive and very friendly, I felt like nothing was too much trouble and they helped with a few issues that were solved quickly. The apartment is very clean, with everything you need. Extra points for the super comfy sofa, smart tv and the shower in the en suite is fantastic. It felt safe and secure and well thought through.

We had a lovely stay in Manchester.
The flat is in a very central location, within walking distance to the city centre and has car parking on site.
The flat itself is beautiful, it is spacious, clean and very well equipped (and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of 4).
The hosts were very responsive, and proactive by offering ideas of things to do and places to eat which was much appreciated as we'd never been to Manchester before.
Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the location and the size - it was very spacious. It was able to accommodate all of us. We loved cooking in the kitchen and preparing our own cooked meals. Lots of room and even though we did not go outside as much - the yard was beautiful and felt nice to be outside in the fresh air.

A home away from home ❤️
The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all.
Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh.
Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Would definitely stay again! We chose this stay for our weekend break to Manchester to visit friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were easily able to walk into the City to meet friends and enjoy many restaurants close by. The place is spotless, feels very luxurious and up-market, and has everything you need for a weekend stay. We felt safe here (I would happily stay here on my own) and it’s a very private place. The host was available when we needed and able to answer all of our questions. Great stay all round!

Short, but lovely stay in Manchester! Great communication throughout - super easy to access using the keypad and there’s large parking space at the back.
The house itself was amazing - spotless and had everything we needed with the all the extra touches. It’s a 5 mins walk to the centre and you’re spoilt for choice with local bars, restaurants nearby.
Thankfully we had nice weather so made good use of the garden too!
We’ll definitely be returning again!
